Louis Rossmann just posted a video (11/17/25) about the software, hardware, and internet access requirements just to change Hyundai Ionic 5 brake pads. I thought I had heard it all, but this one blew me away. I was seriously considering buying one for my elderly mother so she would have a nice new car without worrying about pumping gas or oil changes. Not now. I will just keep doing her maintenance for her and not give Hyundai any money. These money grab tactics make my blood boil.

Wow. You summed it up, just when you think you've seen it all.

I'll have to check that story out, it might be worth doing a video of my own on it. That is crazy.
